Morgin Morris is a Senior Mortgage Banker based in KeyBank’s Seattle office focusing on Senior Housing loan origination in the West. Morgin has been in the Senior Housing finance industry for over 15 years, with a continued passion for the senior’ business and her clients. In addition to Key’s balance sheet bridge program, her concentration today is on permanent and interim loan solutions including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Debt Fund, LifeCo and FHA/ HUD loans. Before joining KeyBank in 2011, she was a seniors housing underwriter at Guaranty and BBVA Compass Banks.
