This module deals with all things Contracts. Rod will cover the elements of a contract, e-contracts, certain provisions, third-party rights, and more
Module 3: Business Organization and Government Regulation

In this module, will you will learn about the different forms of Business Organizations and Government Regulation. This session will recap the various elements and powers of sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and LLC’s, as well as the four sources of law and the different Acts that rule business.
