About the Speaker

Aysegul Budak; Vice President, Eastern Europe & Euroasia; WorldBusiness Capital, Inc.

Aysegul Budak is responsible for WorldBusiness Capital’s lending, underwriting and marketing activities in Eastern Europe and Eurasia, with a focus on Turkey. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Budak was credit manager for Osterman and Company, Inc., where she managed both domestic and international trade portfolios focusing on credit analysis, underwriting and risk management. She has served as both commercial credit analyst and international trade representative for National City Bank (now PNC Bank) and an international trade specialist for T.C. Halk Bank A.S. in Turkey. She is certified both as International Trade Specialist and an International Credit Professional (CICP). Ms. Budak holds both a B.S. and M.A. degree in labor economy and industrial relations from Gazi University (Ankara, Turkey) and received an MBA from Bellarmine University (Louisville, KY). She is a native Turkish speaker.
